Did you know that there is no charge to the property owner to remove vehicles, it is the vehicle owners responsibility. Contact us and a representative will conduct an onsite inspection of your property. Once we have received the complete paperwork and proper approval from the Illinois Commerce Commission, a representative will deliver and install your parking restriction signs at your property. Basic signs will be provided. Custom signs, parking permits, and parking violation/warning stickers can also be provided for a nominal fee. All entrances and secondary locations by law must display the required signs, which must be clearly visible to the public. Towing vehicles is strictly prohibited until the application has been approved by the Illinois Commerce Commission and parking signs have been installed and clearly visible by the public for at least 24 hours. There are two types of relocation accounts available to accommodate your business’ or complex’s needs: PATROL accounts allow us to patrol through your complex at various times, day or night, and tow vehicles which are illegally parked. Any vehicle which is parking in a No Parking Zone, Fire Lane, or does not have a proper/valid parking permit or valid vehicle registration will be towed.
REQUEST ONLY accounts allow for only an individual or select few authorized persons (on the account) to request for a vehicle to be towed from the property. That person(s) may be required to be present to sign the request for vehicle removal or fax a vehicle removal authorization form to our office (depending on the reason for vehicle removal).
